  • All rooms: Dusting surfaces (tables, shelves, decor), wiping reachable surfaces, emptying trash, light tidying.

  • Floors: Vacuuming carpets/rugs and sweeping/mopping hard floors.

  • Bathrooms: Cleaning and disinfecting sinks, toilets, mirrors, counters, and usually a quick wipe of tub/shower surfaces.

  • Kitchen: Wiping counters, stove top, outside of appliances, sink, and sometimes cabinet exteriors in high-touch areas.

  It usually does not include inside ovens/fridges, inside cabinets, baseboard scrubbing, wall washing, or heavy de-cluttering—that falls under deep or “move-out” cleaning.

Commercial Cleaning

• A commercial cleaning focuses on keeping business spaces (offices, stores, clinics, etc.) clean, safe, and professional-looking.
  

• It usually includes emptying all trash and recycling, dusting desks and surfaces, wiping high-touch areas (door handles, light switches), and cleaning glass/entry areas.
  

• Floors are vacuumed or swept and mopped, and restrooms are cleaned and disinfected (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and restocking supplies).
  Break rooms/kitchens get counters, sinks, tables, and appliance exteriors wiped and sanitized.

• A beach house turnover cleaning is a detailed top-to-bottom clean done between guest stays to reset the property quickly and professionally. It usually includes

• Stripping and making all beds; washing, drying, and neatly storing linens and towels.

• Thorough kitchen clean: dishes, appliances, counters, fridge check, trash removal, and restocking basics (if provided).

• Full bathroom sanitizing: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and floor, plus replacing toiletries.

• Sand and debris removal: sweeping/vacuuming floors and rugs, wiping all surfaces, spot-cleaning walls, glass, and patio areas, plus checking outdoor spaces and reporting any damage or missing items.

Deep cleaning is a more intensive, detailed cleaning that targets built-up dirt, grime, and hard-to-reach areas that regular cleaning often misses. It typically includes:

• Hand-wiping baseboards, doors, door frames, light switches, vents, and reachable walls.

• Detailed kitchen work: de-greasing cabinets and backsplash, cleaning inside appliances (like oven, microwave, fridge if empty), and scrubbing sink and fixtures.

• Thorough bathroom scrubbing: tile and grout, shower doors, faucets, around toilets, and buildup on corners and edges.

• Moving small/medium furniture to clean underneath and behind, detailed dusting (including blinds, window sills, ceiling fans), and intensive floor care (edges, corners, and any problem spots).

Post-construction cleanup is a detailed, multi-stage cleaning done after building or renovation to remove construction dust, debris, and residue and make the space ready to live in or use. It usually includes:

• Debris & dust removal: hauling out leftover materials, sweeping/vacuuming all floors, corners, and crevices, and repeated dusting to catch fine construction dust.

• Surface detailing: wiping and polishing walls (as appropriate), doors, trim, baseboards, cabinets (inside and out), counters, shelves, and all horizontal surfaces.

• Windows & fixtures: cleaning windows, tracks, and sills; wiping light fixtures, vents, switches, and outlets; removing paint, adhesive, or sticker residue where possible.

• Final detailing: deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen, vacuuming and mopping hard floors, edging carpets, and making the area presentable and move‑in ready.

Move-in/move-out cleaning is a detailed, empty-home cleaning that prepares a property for new occupants and helps meet lease/sale standards. It usually includes:
